We then carry on with some examination to diagnose your problem. Treatment is manual only \u2013 we only use our hands. We may recommend some exercises and\/or lifestyle changes at the end of the session.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">Please bring any medical reports and imaging tests you may have in relation to the main problem you are presenting with.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">You will generally be asked to undress into your underwear, so please wear comfortable\/appropriate underwear. If you would prefer to remain dressed, then please wear loose, comfortable clothing (preferably light cotton).<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243; el_class=&#8221;page-title&#8221;][vc_column_text el_class=&#8221;right-column-rates&#8221;]<strong><span lang=\"en-US\">Our consultations generally last 45 minutes and are charged at CHF 130.-<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">A refund may be available through your complementary health cover (<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">not<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> the basic cover). Being registered with <strong>RME<\/strong> (Registre des M\u00e9decines Empiriques), our treatments are refunded by most complementary health insurances which include natural or alternative medicines in their cover. We encourage you to confirm with your health insurance that your agreement does indeed cover our service. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">Payment is expected at the end of the session, either by cash or card\/Twint. We will provide you with a receipt, which you can use to seek a refund from your complementary health insurance (if available).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><span lang=\"en-US\">Note: we require 24-hour notice for any appointment change or cancellation.
